I am pretty excited to try out this stall which sells mainly Nasi Lemak (fatty rice) and Nasi Ayam (chicken rice). They may serve just two dishes but it had many variations!
From the normal chicken drumstick and chicken cutlet to the increasingly popular lobster with salted egg sauce, Adimann is all out to please it's customers.

I picked the "chicken rice flintstone" from the menu which comes with a chicken drumstick and a bowl of soup for $4. Covered with fried batter, the chicken drumstick looks tempting to me!

One of the factors that make me patronize Adimann is because I heard that they used basmati rice and I wanted to try how basmati chicken rice would taste like. However, what I was served is not the long-grained rice.
That apart, the rice smells fragrant enough and is not too oily. The texture is a little mushy though.

Due to the short wait for my chicken rice, I thought the chicken drumstick was only fried upon order but, it was cold to the touch when I eat it. It felt like the chicken had been left sitting in the open for a while.
And if you are wondering, no, it is not because I took photos till the food turned cold. I merely took 2-3 minutes to complete my shots which is an unrealistic amount of time for any freshly fried chicken to turn cold.
I received an even bigger surprise when I pry the meat apart. The area near the bones is still semi raw and oozing blood. I had to pick around the cooked parts to eat while being careful not to ingest any of the raw parts accidentally.

Perhaps they can give the thicker part of the drumstick a couple of cuts with the knife so that it can cook faster?
You know, it is ironic that they named their chicken rice "chicken rice flintstone". I am not from the stone age so I would appreciate my food to be thoroughly cooked.
